The balance of materials will be used <br /> from all areas thereafter until completely gone. <br />112(5)(1) The nature of the affected areas is gravel. The <br />thickness of gravel bed is shown on mining plan. <br />The depth of gravel in the affected area is 40'. <br />The overburden to be removed , being residual slag <br />materials from previous smelter operations is 6" <br />to 12" thick. <br />(ii) The stratum immediately beneath the material is <br />gravel. We will excavate to within 15' of river <br />surface. <br />• (5) EXHIBIT B - Reclamation Plan <br />All affected areas, A.,B.,C.,D., and E, will be <br />excavated between 35' and 40' in depth from existing <br />ground condition. When area A. is excavated down <br />in depth, the area will be used for stockpiling <br />finished materials. As business warrants, the materials <br />will be removed and at the time of completion~of all <br />stockpiles removed the ground will be left with a gravel <br />surface to a maximum of 1~" gravel mix. The site will <br />be graded level and the site left in perfect condition <br />for industrial sites. <br />The above proceedure will take place for all affected <br />areas. <br />~~ <br />-Page -13- <br />
