The rates listed are based on broadcast application. <br />Where slopes are flatter than 3:1 (horizontal:vertical), drill seeding may be done at one-half the <br />broadcast application rate. Broadcasting or hydroseeding may be applied over the entire <br />reclaimed area. Mulch will be incorporated following seeding at a rate of approximately <br />1.5 tons per acre. Erosion control material will be placed on slopes greater than 3:1 (33%). <br />However, final slopes will be no steeper than 2;1. <br />v~~.a~ <br />~ti~ 9 <br />
