Revisions to Exhibits C, D,G, E ,L and S have been
made and included.
6.4.5 EXHIBIT E -Reclamation Plan
7. During phase I, the volume stockpiled material within the permit area will not exceed -85,624
yd3. During phase II, the volume stockpiled material within the permit area will not exceed
-154,468 yd3. It is understood that this is an enforceable component of the permit. If the
operator decides to stockpile larger volumes, then a technical revision and revised bond will be
filed.
8. The expected normal pool elevation of the reclaimed ponds will be approximately 4830 ff-4832
ft.
6.4.7 EXHIBIT G-Water Information
11. Prior to excavation, Coulson will provide the Division with an affidavit stating that no
groundwater has been exposed at the site. Furthermore, an approved temporary supply
plan/well permit will be provided prior to excavation to within 2 ft of the water table.
15. A ditch flow monitoring and replacement plan has been provided in a revised Exhibit G for the
Hillsborough ditch.
6.4.12 EXHIBIT L -Reclamation Costs
16. It is requested that the Stroh Pit by bonded by two distinct phases. It is understood that the
second phase bond will need to be posted in addition to the first phase if the state engineer
has not signed off on the liner performance for phase I.
17. Exhibit L has been revised to include the cost of backfilling the maximum volume of
overburden to be stockpile at any one time.
18. Exhibit L has been revised to include the line items mentioned. It should be noted that ripping
will not occur as the material is soft enough to doze.
10395 l:oD'ax Ave.. SWte 350.
