- 2 - <br />• PROPOSED CONSTRUCTION <br />The processing facility is located approximately 10 miles north of <br />the proposed pit area along County Road 53, which will be used as the <br />haul route. The proposed processing system, haul road and railroad spur <br />alignment locations are shown on Fig. 2. Structure design and proposed <br />depth of excavation were very preliminary at the time of our field work. <br />Final design lower structure levels for the truck dump hopper and stockpile <br />reclaim are presented below. Foundation loads vary from light to very <br />heavy.
