This land will be a good source for construction <br />material for the growth of Pueblo County. This project will not substantially modify the <br />intent and purpose, or spirit of the land use policy that is in affect currently, and will <br />return the land to current zoning after recamation. The sand and gravel will be <br />removed and the land will be reshaped to better accommodate rangeland to be used <br />for agriculture. <br />The proposed mine will be reclaimed to be harmonious with the environment as it is <br />today. The applicant will obtain a State of Colorado Reclamation MLRB Permit before <br />mining starts along with other permits required proceeding with such an operations <br />as proposed. A list of these permits will be in the attached exhibits.
