Trees, ie cotton~:roods and Russian Olive, .Yi11 be planted <br />around the area perimeter for screening and recreational purposes. <br />This area =,aill eventually be included in an o~_~en space plan for <br />recreation areas, bicycle- pedestrain-and horse trails along the Cache <br />la Poudre River. The 19.5 acre area in the northeast ccrner vrill be a <br />picnic type area ~,vith the present log house being restored. <br />This area is already oper_ed up for mining, operations and the dike <br />system is being constructed and some trees have been planted. <br /> <br />
