Ames did not perform any cut or fill activities within the Phase IVc areas during this reporting <br />period. <br />(See Attachment A for approximate construction locations for all Phase IV azeas.) <br />Field Monitorin¢ and Testine Activities <br />Golder observed construction activities associated with Phase IV earthworks. All construction <br />materials and soil materials were verified as suitable and construction methods were in accordance <br />with project specifications. Removal of oversized and deleterious material from all fill azeas was <br />observed. <br />Golder observed confirmation drilling and excavation activities associated with the Phase IV <br />construction. Full time monitoring was given to remediation of underground workings. <br />Laboratory Test Results <br />No samples were collected or tested during this reporting period. <br />Meetines <br />. CC&V held a Weekly Contractor meeting on October 16a'. Items discussed include Safety, <br />Environmental, Schedule, and CQA.
