Please respond n a <br />point-by-point balls 1n the order given below. <br />Application Form <br />We did not receive an application form with an original signature. This <br />should be submitted. <br />Mlnina Plan <br />1. The application should include a plan for stabilization of topsoil <br />stockpiles (Rule 6.4(a)). <br />2. In Exhlblt E (pg. 3) it states that 6 to 12 inches of tops 11 will be <br />stripped and stockpiled. However, your Exhibit I (soils) Ives widely <br />different thicknesses attributable to different soil units It would be <br />helpful to identify soil types (on the Exhibit C maps) wit the areas to <br />be affected and provide a discussion of appropriate strtpp ng <br />thicknesses. <br />3. The Division of Wildlife recommends that roads avoid sage rush parks in <br />order to minimize impacts to wildlife. We recommend that the operator <br />consider this and address the matter in your responses. <br />4. The application should address the potential for producti¢n of leachates <br />from the waste rock dump (during mining and post-mining p ales) and <br />provide a plan to protect drainages. <br />4.
