Please provide a detailed cost breakdown of each phase of <br />reclamation including size, model and type of equipment, haul distance, <br />labor, fertilizer costs, ground preparation etc. <br />2. How does the operator arrive at the mayor, moderate and minor <br />K disturbance? Where are these disturbances located and what is the nature <br />of the disturbance? <br />3. The permit application is for 30 acres yet the lake will be <br />approximately 30 acres and reclamation costs indicate 35 acres will <br />require reclamation. Please explain this discrepancy. <br />G. Exhibit M - Local Government Zoning <br />1. Please provide a copy of the local zoning conformance as soon as 1t <br />is available. <br />
