Exhibit C - Pre-Mining Plan Map <br />O ~ 1. Please indicate which of the owners outlined on sheet number 3 - <br />ownership map are adjacent landowner. <br />2. Upon review of your assessment of existing vegetation, I am led to <br />0 ~ believe that no mining activity would affect the stand of cottonwood <br />trees located between the river and the upland irrigated pasture. The <br />various maps indicate that mining will affect this area, which is correct? <br />8. Exhibit D - Nining Plan <br />1. Where there is the possibility that the mining operation will <br />adversely affect the stability of any significant, valuable and permanent <br />manmade structures located within two hundred feet of the affected land, <br />there should be an agreement between the operator and the persons having <br />an Interest in the structure that, damage to the structure will be <br />D~ compensated for by the operator. Please describe all valuable permanent <br />manmade structures located within two hundred feet of the affected land <br />and indicate if the operator and persons having an interest in the <br />structure have agrebd that the operator would compensate the owner for <br />mine related damage. <br />2.
