Stioulatkon No. 5 The division accepts the assumptions used in developing the slope stability analysis with the following conditions: 1. Develop a method to measure and report to the division how slopes are being maintained at a minimum of 2H:1V during mining. Those values must ba measured quarterly and submitted to the division with the required amual report. If slopes are determined at anytime to be steeper than 2H:1 V, the division must be notiSed immediately. Tn addition, DMG must be notified when mining is to occur within 200 fed of any structure for which this or future stability analyses are provided. If cracking or slumping is observed within the 25 foot buffer of nay sttucarre covered under a stability analysis, miming must cease and the division must be notiSed immediately. 3 . If trading or slumping is observed at anytime above any cut-slopes, the division must be notiSed and the stability of the system must be re-evaluated prior to continued mining activities.
