Noncomnlierce Nocificar.ion <br />a) If, for any reason, the permictee does not comply with or will be <br />unable co compl;~ with any discharge limitations or scardards <br />specified in this permit, ~'~e permittee shall, at a minimum, <br />provide the Dater Qualit•r Cont_o1 Division and EPA with the <br />following information at tie time Discharge Monitoring Reports <br />are submitted: <br />(i) A description of the discharge and cause of noncompliance; <br />(ii) The period of noncompliance, including exact daces and <br />times and/or the ar.cicipaced time when the discharge will <br />return co compliance; and <br />(iii) Straps being tai:en .o reduce, elimirace, and prevent <br />recarre^.ee of the noncompi;ring discaarge. <br />
