SC
value of 700 gal/day/ft is yielded from the straight line fit of the recovery data.
A permeability of 9.4 ft/day was calculated for the Second While Sandstone near well
P-5. The Second White Sandstone aquifer near well P-5 is more transmissive than
near well P-4.
A-2.23 P-6 TEST
The Second White Sandstone was tested through well P-6 on October 3, 1980.
Well P-5 was bailed for 12 minutes at an average discharge rate of 2.5 gpm. Table
A-26 presents the aquifer-test data for well P-6.
The plot of the recovery data from well P-6 yields [ransmissivity and
permeability values of 1500 gal/day ft and 4.5 ft/day, respectively. Figure A--30
presents recovery data for pumping well P-6.
A-2.24 P-8 TEST
Well P-8 was bailed at an average discharge rate of 4.5 gpm for nearly 11
minutes. Water levels were monitored in well P-8 throughout recovery. Table A-27
presents the aquifer-test data corrected for aquifer thinning in well P-8.
Figure A-31 presents the recovery data plotted on a semi-log plot. The
straight line fit of the data yields transmissivity and permeability values of 9900
gal/day/ft and 53 ft/day for the Third White Sandstone aquifer near well P-8.
•`,
A-14 (~L 4B~~D FE613 °87
