• ~~
obtained. Well GF-6 was not a very good producer and water level dropped quite
rapidly. Jacob's method of analysis for use of a straight line fit of the drawdown
data was used. Permeability was calculated to be 0.07 ft/day.
A-2.15 GBB-2 TEST
Well GBB-2 was pump tested on September 19, 1985. Water level and discharge
were monitored during the pumping until water level dropped to near the pump level
and the discharge rate decreased. The pump test was stopped soon after the
discharge rate slowed. Data collected during the aquifer test is presented in Table
A-16.
Figure A-20 presents drawdown data for well GBB-2 with drawdowns versus time
~~ plotted on a semi-log plot. The straight line fit of the data using Jacob's method
yields a transmissivity value of 34 gal/day/ft for the Third White Sandstone aquifer
near well GBB-2.
A-2.16 GZ-2 TEST
A single well pump test was conducted on well GZ-2 on September 17, 1986.
Drawdown data collected during the first five minutes of pumping is presented in
Table A-19.
The drawdown data plotted on a semi-log plot in Figure A-21 gives a good
straight line fit. Using Jacob's method to analyze the straight line data, a
transmissivity of 18 gal/day/ft and a permeability of .24 ft/day was obtained. The
~ U Complex aquifer near well GZ-2 is not very transmissive.
.~
A-lo REVISED FEB 13 '87
