Loye:
Responding to your letter of Dec. 7, 19$tl, I will
answer your questions pretty much as you asked them in
your letter. Except that when answering questions con-
cerning the exhibits I will use a seperate sheet for each
exhibit with an ammendment or another exhibit to be sub-
stituted in place of the original.
Exhibit A - Leal Descriptions
You nave indicated that you Wade the necessary changes
to make tnese applications conform to your requirements.
In the future I will see that the legal descriptions follow
this format. I have worked with legal descriptions for so
many gears that it is easy to slip into the "short" form,
when working in your own county.
Exhibit B - ~linin~ Plan
1. Life of Mine. All of the above applications are
being applied for in the belief that the county will continue
to use the mines indefinitely. All of the pits are used for
necessary read repair and maintenance. The county has used some of ~
them for many years and probably will continue unlessthe s apply
of gravel runs out or the land owner wants us to abandon the
pit. If t,is happens the county will Droceed with the reclamation.
As to how long each pit will be used I~will attempt to make a guess
based on observation of the mine and knowledge of the land
owner, but it should be understood that it will only to a guess.
