The soil that was placed in the <br />berm on the north part of the site will be used to complete sloping the banks <br />of Phase 3. <br />Realizing that local economic factors have a great influence on the time frame <br />involved in this operation, it is believed that a minimum of five years will be <br />need to complete our plans. <br />Each of the three phases will take an approximate 1 1/2 to 2 years to complete. <br />Amount of affected area per phase is listed below: <br />Phase 1 4.0 Acres <br />Phase 2 8.2 Acres <br />Phase 3 5.5 Acres <br />Total 17.7 <br />The disturbance in each phase may be classified as major disturbance. <br />The depth of the deposit is approximately 20 feet. An average depth of 8 feet <br />is overburden with an average depth of 12 feet of sand and gravel. <br />The stratum immediately beneath the gravel deposit is Mancos shale. <br />
