Long <br />Division Director <br />The Division has completed a follow-up review of the above <br />referenced application. A few items remain to be clarified before <br />the application can be deemed adequate. Please respond to the <br />following comments in a timely manner so that all remaining <br />Division concerns can be fully resolved prior to the decision date <br />of February 21. 1995. <br />1. Lease Agreement <br />The Division appreciates receiving a copy of a lease payment <br />receipt from the Board of Land Commissioners. This document should <br />provide sufficient proof, for the purposes of permit application <br />adequacy, that Noland, Inc. has the right to enter and remove <br />gravel from the proposed permit area. The Division requests that <br />a copy of the final executed lease agreement be forwarded to the <br />Division as soon as Noland, Inc. receives a copy from the Land <br />Board for inclusion into Exhibit N of the permit application <br />package. <br />2. Changes/Clarifications to Application <br />Please provide a receipt or affidavit from <br />Clerk and Recorder indicating that additional <br />Division in correspondence dated January 31, <br />at the clerk's .office for public review.
