Perhaps some of your questions were answered during the on-site visit, but I will still be providing responses to your questions and concerns expressed in the adequacy review letter dated November 20, 2006. I am providing the information in the same format of your letter. 1. As required by Rule 1.6.2 (1)(g), please submit the proof of publication of the public notice circulated in the local newspaper, all owners of record of surface and mineral rights, easement holders, and owners of record of surface lands that are within 200 feet of the boundary of the affected land. Proof of notice may be return receipts of a Certified Mailing or by proof of personal service. Enclosed fmd copies of the Proof of Publicatiou which was printed in the Sterling Journal-Advocate and proof of mailings to the adjoining land owners. 2. The Division received comments from the Office of the State Engmeer, the Colorado Historical Society and the Department of the Army. The letters are attached for your review. Thank you for providing the cited review letters. Rule 6.4.3 Exhibit C -Pre-Minine and Plan Macs 3, Tn accordance with Rule 6.4.3(c), please provide the pre-mining contour elevations at the site and revise Exhibit C-1 accordingly. ~' ~" A map showing the pre-miuing contour elevations has been provided (see attached).
