Until such specific written permission is obtained, or a <br />geotechnical study proving that there would be no significant damage done to the road is <br />submitted, the Operator must remain 200' away from the County Road, in accordance with Rule <br />6.3.12. <br />Please be advised that applications may be deemed inadequate, and M-98-034 may be denied on <br />May 21, 1998, unless the previous adequacy review items are addressed to the satisfaction of the <br />Division.
