~' ~ ~~:~~vE~ <br />APR 2 9 1977 <br />RECLAMATION SECTION <br />APPENDIX B (;010. f.'O~f. 01 iafJl21 RESO!IfCBS <br />This Appendix B is to be attached to Application for Mining <br />and Reclamation Permit, and is further information requested <br />by paragraph A on said application, pertaining to C.R.S. 34-32-110 <br />(1973) (as amended): <br />1. Address of general office and the local address <br />or addresses of the operators: <br />P.O. Box 178 <br />Eckert, Co. 81418 <br />2. Name of the owner of the surface of the affected land: <br />Hallenbeck Land and Development Co. <br />3. Name of the owner of the subsurface rights. of the affected land: <br />Hallenbeck Construction, Inc. <br />4. The map pursuant to the statute: <br />As attached <br />5. The approximate size of the affected land: <br />8.32 acres <br />6. Open mine for sand and gravel. <br />7. Measures to be taken in reclamation of the above real <br />property shall be in compliance with that portion of <br />C.R.S. 34-32-116 concerning reclamation for home sites. <br />The operator determines that the mining operations shall <br />continue for ten years. <br />a. While open mining is continuing, operator is grading <br />the area to create a final topography to commensurate <br />with home sites. <br />p. <br />b. It will not be necessary to construct earthen dams <br />nor will the impounding of water be necessary on <br />that real property described in the map attached <br />hereto. <br />c. No acid forming or toxic producing materials are <br />a part of the materials being mined, and <br />thus create no pollution problem. <br />d. Refuse is minimal from this site, that any refuse <br />that is not used in the mining operations shall be <br />used on the home site preparation. <br />e. As part of the area will not be mined, the vegetation <br />from that area will provide vegetative cover for the <br />portion mined for home sites. <br />f. Overburden in the area being mined is used with the <br />sand and gravel. As pointed out in the paragraph <br />hereinabove, certain portions of the real property <br />will not be used for mining, and thus the overburden <br />~- - <br />_ ~= r <br />
