Comnencemient date is dependent on issuance of permit. <br />(h) The estimated depth to which soil, suitable as a plant growth medium, will <br />be salvaged for use in the reclamation process is one foot. The soil will be <br />stockpiled and compacted. The vegetative cover for the stockpiles will be <br />Sudex. This information is shown on Exhibit E, Map. <br />(c$ `-"fiickaessof overburden shall be a depth of two feet, as shown on Exhibit E, <br />Map. <br />(d) Thickness of the deposit to be mined is approximately eitht feet. <br />(e) Major components of the operation are. 400 foot access road to aryl <br />through nit. Located on on Exhibit E, Map. <br />(f) Pit is approximately 400 feet long, 200 feet wide, and has a highwall of <br />about ten feet on the East side. One hundred feet East of the pit is a topsoil <br />stockpile of approximately 15C cubic yards. Eeside this stockpile is another <br />stockpile of approximately 125 cubic yards of overburden. <br />(g) The existing road is forty feet wide and is approximately four hundred <br />feet long. It begins at the East frontage road of Interstate 25, and goes <br />through the pit. <br />(1~'~ .. No water will he used in conjunction with this operation. <br />(iF'' No surface water will be intercepted or disturbed, and no groundwater <br />will be encountered. <br />(j) Non-applicable, see item (i) above. <br />(k) Non-applicable, no refuse and acid or toxic producing materials will be <br />exposed in the operation of this pit. <br />(1) No hydrologic disturbance. This is an grid region with no groundwater. <br />Reclamation will restore area for agricultural use in a manner consistern with <br />its orininal condition prior to gravel excavation. <br />(m) Gravel will not be processed on site. <br />2. No tailinc ponds will be part of the process. <br />
