A narrative and appropriate maps explaining the <br />removal, handling and storage of all overburden material in the permit <br />area. Each narrative should include pit dimensions, overburden volumes and <br />swell factor anticipated for each phase of the proposed operation. <br />Permanent excess spoil and underground development waste disposal structures <br />shall comply with 2.05.3(6)(b). Temporary overburden and underground <br />development disposal (storage) structures shall comply with the applicable <br />performance standards of Rule 4; information to demonstrate such compliance <br />shall include, if applicable, location, geometry and method of material <br />placement.
