(1) Production methods and equipment. A narrative description of <br />the general type and method of coal mining procedures, engineering <br />techniques, anticipated annual and total production of coal, by tonnage, <br />and the major equipment to be used for all aspects of those operations <br />and a description of the measures to be used to maximize the use and <br />conservation of the coal resource as required in 4.01.1. <br />(2) Operation description. A general description and appropriate <br />map(s), prepared in accordance with 2.10, describing the area of land to <br />be affected over the life of the operation, according to the anticipated <br />sequence of mining and reclamation, and identifying each area of land for <br />which it is anticipated a new, separate, five-year permit will be <br />obtained and a performance bond will be posted throughout the operation <br />and any change in a facility or feature shown under 2.10 which would <br />result from the proposed operations. <br />BHSPONSS: <br />Bule 2.05.2 addressing the Life of Operation is described in <br />2.05.3 because the Life of Operation Plan is the same as the Permit <br />Area Plan. <br />• <br />2.05 - 2 <br />
