Revised June, 1984 <br />addressed in permit application No. C-036-81. <br />B. If the Routt County public hearing requirements for <br />relocation of a county road are less stringent than those <br />required under Rule 2.07.6(2)(d)(iv), Twentymile Coal Company <br />will initiate activities to ensure that the interests of the <br />public and Landowners are protected in accordance with the <br />requirements under Rule 2.07.6(2)(d)(iv), as addressed in <br />permit application No. C-036-81. <br />(4) Ponds, Impoundments and Diversions <br />(a) General. A general plan and detailed design plan for each <br />• sediment pond, water impoundment and diversion proposed to be constructed <br />within the permit area. <br />(i) Each general plan shall: <br />(A) Be prepared by, or under the direction of, and <br />certified by a qualified registered professional engineer, or by a <br />professional geologist with assistance from experts in related fields <br />such as surveying and landscape architecture; <br />(B) Contain a description, map, prepared according <br />to 2.10, and cross section of the structure and its location; <br />(C) Contain preliminary hydrologic and geologic <br />• information required to assess the hydrologic impact of the structure; <br />2.05-18a' <br />
