This <br />document is being provided to you as lead agency for the ESA Section 7 <br />consultation pertaiaing to this proposed project. <br />Biological Opinion <br />The construction and operation of the SKM is not likely to jeopardize the <br />continued existence of the Colorado squawfish (Ptychocheilus lucius), <br />humpback chub (Gila cvphaj, and bonytail chub (Gila elegans), provided <br />conservation measures specified below for these federally-listed fishes are <br />carried out.
