All ventholes will be constructed <br />orithin five years. This land has been accounted for in the <br />affected acreage. <br />Areas involved that may be classified as major disturbance <br />include only the waste dump, Tdoderate disturbances include <br />the area required for stabilization of the ~~raste dump and <br />grading of the areas used for parking, structures, and <br />storage of equipment and other materials. There are no <br />minor disturbances as defined in the regulations. <br /> <br />
