Map 2 depicts the MDW's location in relation to topography. Appropriate Road Use and Special <br />Use permits will be obtained prior to use of US Forest Service roads. <br />USFS District Ranger will be notified at least 24 hours before any construction or drilling <br />equipment is mobilized into the project areas. An authorized representative of MCC will <br />supervise all construction and drilling activities. A copy of the Annual Operating Plan <br />and all pertinent permit documents will be available from the company <br />
