Also, in r.he same <br />area where the present canopy permits, placement of smaller canopy <br />trees such as russian olive and tioneyiocust would further enhance <br />vertical structure and thus wildlife value. <br />The Division appreciates the opportunity to comment on this mining <br />and reclamation plan. It is arith the understanding that the property <br />be reclaimed for its wildlife and fisheries value and turned over <br />to a muncicipal agency that these comments are made.
