DEY7. OF NATURAL RESOURCES
We address your letter o[ March 4, 1983 by the numbering system
you used as follows:
A. Technical Revision No. 1.
1. You ere quite right there is an error here. The text
should reed "southwestern corner of new Stage 1" We would
appreciate it if you can pen correct the tour State copies.
2. There is no existing bridge. Because of the technical
revision the operator prefers to have the bridge built e.t a more
central location to minimize the road disturbances. This bridge
will be constructed when Stage II is started.
B. Technical Revision No. 2.
1. The 0.91 +/- acres removed from new Stage I is not all
lake. It is 0.76 +/- acres water and 0.15 +/- acres land.
C. Technical Revision No. 3.
1. This is a technical revision to the old permit. No
acreage has been added to the permit. We are advising qou that
when the annual report was prepared it became obvious tlint
processing had expanded out of the permanent,d'esphalt plant site.
More area is now being used for processing then had been included
in the original application. The area outlined for processing
will be used only until mining starts in Stage IV. Soils are
stockpiled at several places on the east side of Stage IV along
the temporary dike. Scraping soil and manure was all the site
preparation necessary.
2. Yes and no. You are partially correct. To clarity we
should have made it more clear that when Stage lV is started
that the equipment will have to be moved off site to make room
for the excavation. If the equipment is to be set up end used it
~~t~
