It can de in the form of metes & bounds surve or a <br />description by reference to township, range, and section, to at least th nearest <br />quarter-quarter section. Where applicable, the street address or lot nu tier(s) may be <br />used. <br />EXHIBIT d - Mining Plan <br />This can be a general discussion of the methods, equipment, phases or st ges of the <br />operation and those areas of land affected oy each. Tne plan should be orrelated with <br />the map and should show where extraction will oeyin, and which direction if any, it <br />will proceed. <br />EXHIBIT C - Map <br />This map should clearly define the permit boundaries and contain suffici~ <br />to determine the location of the affected land on the ground and existing <br />roads or access routes to oe used in connection with the inininy operatioi <br />irnmediately adjacent landowners of record must oe shown.
