This property is owned and managed by <br />the City of Boulder Open Space Department. <br />Deadline for Proposals <br />Sealed Proposals shall be delivered to Glenn Corriere, Project Manager, located at City of Boulder <br />Open Space Department; Cherryvale Operations Center, 66 South Cherryvale Road, Boulder, CO <br />80306, not later than 2:00 p.m., Tuesday, Apri12, 1996. <br />The Contractor agrees by submitting a Proposal to begin work not later than April 10, 1995 and be <br />completed not later than April 26, 1996. <br />Site Visit -Pre-proposal Meeting <br />There will be a site visit -pre-proposal meeting on Much 22, 19951eaving at 10:110 a.m. from <br />Cherryvale Operations Center, 66 South Chenyvale Road. <br />Unit Price Proposal <br />Each item ofthe work outlined below shall be provided a unit price cost. Lump Sum bid for any item <br />will not be accepted. <br />Proposed Work <br />The proposed work has been divided into two Phases with Phase I being the hauling of the topsoil <br />located at the Betasso Water Treatment Plant and Phase II being the hauling of the topsoil located <br />at the 63rd Street Water Treatment Plant. The quantities outlined below are for estimating proposes. <br />Actual quantities of topsoil Hauled for final payment will be based on actual full truck loads delivered <br />to the Varna Gravel Pit Site.
