This property is owned and managed by the City of Boulder Open Space Department. Deadline for Proposals Sealed Proposals shall be delivered to Glenn Corriere, Project Manager, located at City of Boulder Open Space Department; Cherryvale Operations Center, 66 South Cherryvale Road, Boulder, CO 80306, not later than 2:00 p.m., Tuesday, Apri12, 1996. The Contractor agrees by submitting a Proposal to begin work not later than April 10, 1995 and be completed not later than April 26, 1996. Site Visit -Pre-proposal Meeting There will be a site visit -pre-proposal meeting on Much 22, 19951eaving at 10:110 a.m. from Cherryvale Operations Center, 66 South Chenyvale Road. Unit Price Proposal Each item ofthe work outlined below shall be provided a unit price cost. Lump Sum bid for any item will not be accepted. Proposed Work The proposed work has been divided into two Phases with Phase I being the hauling of the topsoil located at the Betasso Water Treatment Plant and Phase II being the hauling of the topsoil located at the 63rd Street Water Treatment Plant. The quantities outlined below are for estimating proposes. Actual quantities of topsoil Hauled for final payment will be based on actual full truck loads delivered to the Varna Gravel Pit Site.
