You can probably resolve most of
the questions by submitting a "letl-er of clarification" responding to all my
comments.
All Applications
1. Fugitive dust permits must be obtained from the Air Quality Control
Division on ali operations which were initiated after January, 1972.
All crushers must bz permitted if L-hey have been purchased after January,
1972, or if they have been relocated. 'L his would also apply to the
crusher located at the Valley View Construction site near Steamboat
Springs. Yuu might want to contact Bill Reefe from AQC at 388-6111.
If you cannot obtain the actual permits prior to the Board meeting, you
can submit a list of the permits applied for.
2. Most of your maps do not show a "locate able point" which would tie the
permit area to a specific parcel of land. You could accomplish this by
submitting U.S.G.S. quads t~rfth the actual permit area drawn in to scale
at Che appropriate location. (Two copies for each application.)
