An Initial Reclamation Liability Estimate has been calculated based on the final review of <br />the application. Please note that the estimate includes mobilization costs and secondary seeding costs <br />that may not be included in the Exhibit L estimate. <br />Based on the Reclamation Plan and other information provided, staff estimates the initial liability to be <br />$50,213.00. Please review the estimate and report back any errors or clarifications that could impact the <br />estimate as soon as possible. If the applicant accepts the estimate, a written acceptance needs to be <br />submitted for the file. <br />The Decision Date for this application is July 25th, 2006. If the liability estimate is acceptable, staff can <br />issue a decision on that date.
