The seeding mixture for the wetland/riparian will be revised as follows to address the CDOW <br />concerns: <br />Delete Red Rop, Timothy and Creeping Foxtail. <br />Add Four-wing saltbush and skunkbush at a rate of approximately 40 seeds per squaze foot for <br />the total seed mixture. <br />Add 1000 willow cuttings to be planted azound the perimeter of the lake with the base extending <br />into the water table. <br />The above water surface area of the islands will be constructed 15 feet beyond the drip line of <br />the cottonwood trees. <br />2. Any non-mined azeas requiring revegetation will be ripped to a depth of two feet prior to <br />topsoiling. <br />3. Fuel tanks will be bermed to contain the volume of [he of the tank. The berm and the bottom of <br />enclosure will be lined with 10 mil plastic. <br />4. Weed Control Plan- <br />The site will be inspected twice a yeaz by a representative of the Mesa County Pest & Weed <br />Inspector or other qualified person for noxious or pest weeds. <br />Any noxious or pest weeds fotmd will be sprayed using the pesticide recommended by the Mesa <br />County Pest & Weed Inspector. <br />S. The shed and carrels aze noted on Exhibit C. The Processing Site and the azeas being mined will <br />have temporary fencing azound them. These fences will move as the mining progresses. The <br />wetlands replacement azeas will be fenced. See Exhibit F. <br />.~ <br />
