Our firm had an <br />engineer on site during the construction of these structures. In- <br />cluded with this letter are summaries of our representatives obser- <br />vations and field tests. When construction was complete, as built <br />drawings were prepared based on the original drawings. These drawings <br />and test data were submitted to Energy Fuels and the State Engineer's <br />Office shortly after construction was complete. We understand you <br />• - need these additional copies to submit to various other interested <br />agencies. In our opinion the structures were constructed in general <br />conformance with the plans and specifications which were approved by <br />the State Engineer, OSM and MSHA.
