Standard Metals must informthe Board of groundwater <br />• conditions and seek any amendments necessary so the <br />tailings pond will be structured so as to minimize <br />adverse effects on groundwater quality. <br />2. If Standard *tetals is found to be in violation c•f any <br />State or Federal water quality control law or regulation <br />promulgated thereunder, Standard Ptetals shall comply with <br />all requirements of any final order. If compliance with <br />any final order would result in a change to the mining or reclamatiot <br />plan approved as a part of this permit, Standard Pletals <br />shall submit the appropriate changes to this permit to the <br />Ptined Land Reclamation Board.
