If the water is pumped into the pipe, the net flow <br />would increase, as would velocity. <br />Surface-laid pipes might be used to supplement or temporarily replace the gravity-flow storm sewer. Surface-laid <br />pipes can either discharge in a similar armored outtall, into a ditch, directly into water, or can be connected to <br />sprinkler systems which spray the water over a large area with good infiltration or sheet flow and where erosion is <br />not a problem. This could be used for establishment of newly seeded areas (See Exhibit J), for dust control on <br />roads, plant areas, stockpiles, and unreclaimed areas, or for irrigation of reclaimed or as yet undisturbed land in the <br />permit boundary, or in coordination with the landowner, for irrigation of areas outside the permit boundary. <br />12. Water permitting information <br />Please refer to Exhibit M for additional information. The Applicant will obtain coverage under a Colorado Discharge <br />Permit System permit for discharge of store water, dewatering flows, and process water, before initiating mining <br />activities.
