EXHIBIT D <br />Reclamation Plan <br />a) Approximately 12 inches of overburden will be replaced after the excavation is complete. <br />b) The maximum gradient of reclaimed slopes will be 3:1, <br />c} Plant growth medium will be salvaged during mining and replaced at an average <br />thickness of 2 inches. No sample analyses of soils will be conducted. <br />d) No ponds, streams, roads or buildings will remain after reclamation. <br />e) Soil replacement and seeding will be completed once the mining has been completed. <br />Topsoil will be replaced at a depth of at least 6 inches. The following proposed seed <br />mixture will be drilled as per NRCS recommendation: <br />Saecies Rate (Ibslacre PLSI <br />Timothy 0.5 <br />Orchardgrass 1.0 <br />Green Needlegrass 2.0 <br />Tall Fescue 1.5 <br />Western Wheatgrass 2.5 <br />Alsike Clover 1.0 <br />White Dutch Clover 1.0 <br />Total 9.5 <br />The existing haul road will not be ripped or seeded. <br />
