and a 1600 ft silt fence, which is to be inspected/maintained semi-annually until
the fence is removed (approved under MR 92-161. This exemption was originally
• approved as part of the adequacy response to TR 86-1.
71 Access Road Strip -includes some 1.0 acre of 1986 seeding west of the approved
permanent access road to a stock pond. Approximately 60 percent of the drainage
from this parcel drains to a low area adjacent to the road, with no opportunity for
positive drainage from that point. The remaining 40% flows to the north along the
access road, and would be controlled by a rock filter.
81 Office Area Seeding -includes some 2.0 Acres on the floodplain immediately
adjacent to the Middle Creek Office building. Due to a combination of slope (less
than 2%), vegetative cover, and the parcel's position in relation to the floodplain,
CYCC feels that the current vegetative filter is sufficient in conjunction with the
existing perimeter swale and depression which collects flow from the area. Flow
not collected by the swale breaks back to the ditch associated with SAE f/4.
• 9) Ditch H-1 Area -includes some 2.0 acres immediately below Ditch H-1. Due to
the combination of slope, vegetation along the border acting as a filter, and coarse
surface fragments, CYCC feels that the current vegetative filter is sufficient.
Samples collected during a precipitation event indicate that this is indeed the case.
•
MR 92-16 Exhibit 3 - 40 Revised 11/04/92
