<br />POND CERTIFICATION <br />Mine 3 S Sedimentation Pond <br /> <br /> <br />The following information is presented in response to Rule 4.05.9 (7 and 8) <br />for certification of the Mine 3 South Sedimentation Pond. <br />The as-built map of the pond was submitted November 19, 1987. Following <br />that submittal a decant culvert was installed and the spillway was <br />reconstructed.
