I, Michael J. Kondelis, a Registered Engineer in the State of Colorado, do
hereby certify that construction of Pond "M3-N" was completed according to
the approved design contained in Technical Revision TR86-1, dated November
19, 1986. Comparison to the approved plan tndlcates that the pertinent
as-built volumes are greater than the previously approved design volumes.
The Information presented for the certification of Pond "M3-N" is correct to
the best of my knowledge and belief.
