This mapping unit does not vary significantly in horizonation from the series description Unnamed Series 51 -deep phase, except that the subsoil is a clay loam and extends to depths greater than 5 feet. Primarily this soil has been used as rangeland and for wildlife habitat. Range condition is fair and supports Artemisia tridentata big sage. Permeability is moderate to rapid.
