We .have also received clearance from the Army Corps of <br />Engineers indicating that this operation will not require a <br />Department of the Army Permit. If they are permanent and if they are within 200 <br />feet of the affected area, please add a statement that they will <br />not be adversely affected. <br />This concludes the Division's initial adequacy review. We are <br />still in the process of reviewing the proposed reclamation cost <br />estimate.
