r`
12 month span, a Limited Impact Special Use Permit is required.
The Division has received comments from the State Engineers office
confirming that their office is not requiring a permit for this
operation. We .have also received clearance from the Army Corps of
Engineers indicating that this operation will not require a
Department of the Army Permit. Copies of these letters are
enclosed for your files.
Exhibit G
No comment.
Exhibit H
No comment.
Exhibit I
Please make sure that any changes are added to the application that
is on file for public review.
Exhibit J
No comment.
Exhibit L
As previously mentioned, some structures were observed during the
site inspection. If they are permanent and if they are within 200
feet of the affected area, please add a statement that they will
not be adversely affected.
This concludes the Division's initial adequacy review. We are
still in the process of reviewing the proposed reclamation cost
estimate. Upon receiving responses to the above concerns, we will
determine if the proposed estimate is adequate and finalize our
review.
As we discussed, it is the Division's understanding that you are
requesting an extension until December 4, 1996 to allow time to
respond to the above items. if you have any questions about any of
the concerns outlined above, please contact me.
Sincerely,
:~~-
Anthony J.
