(Golder) is pleased to submit this summary of Phase Na, b, and c Construction Quality Assurance ~CQA) services performed for the Cresson Project during the period of January 27a' through February 9 , 2002. The weather during this reporting period was clear to cloudy. Approximate daytime low temperatures ranged from -1° F to 29° F, and highs ranged from 14° F to 51° F. Snow was recorded on January 30a', 31 s`, Februazy Ss', and 9~', 2002. Weather observations were made on twelve days of this fourteen-day reporting period. Construction Svnonsis Ames Construction Inc. (Ames) of Aurora, Colorado is the earthwork contractor for the Phase IVa, b, and c construction. Ames conducted Phase IVa, b, and c construction activities on ten days of this fourteen-day reporting period (January 28a' through February IS`, and February 4a' through February 8"') Phase IVa Ames placed Structural Fill (SF) in the Phase IVa azea at stations 44+00 through 48+00 of the Permanent Diversion Channel and at stations 7+00 through 23+50 of the Perimeter Access Road. Ames did not conduct slope recontouring in the Phase IVa azea during this reporting period. Ames continued to excavate for the construction of the 84-inch CSP headwall. Ames continued placement of 84-inch CSP and Pipe Bedding Fill (PBF).
