A Revised Air Pollution 13~ission Notice shall be filed when a si~ificant <br />change in emissions occurs, as required by Regulation No. 3.II.B. <br />4. A source compliance test shall 6e conducted to measure the emission <br />rate (s) for the pollutant Listed below. The test protocol must 6e in <br />accordance with the requirements of the Air Pollution Control Division <br />Compliance Test Manual and shall be submitted to the Division for review and <br />approval at least thirty (30) dais prior to testing. No test shall be <br />conducted without prior approval from the Division. <br />Volatile Organic Compounds using EPA Method 18 <br />5. Construction of this source must commence within 18 months of initial <br />approval permit issuance or within IS months of the start-up-date <br />stated in the application.
