Topsoil contained in a stockpile longer than one year will be seeded as <br />required. <br />Exhibit D - Reclamation Plan <br />1, The site will be protected by fencing prior to establishing good ground <br />cover. <br />2. It is anticipated that approximately 8,800 cubic yards of topsoil is <br />available on the area to be left to mine. This would allow a six inch <br />cover.
