After [he Office of the State Engineer has approved the <br />temporary substitute supply plan, we will obtain a well permit and apply for an augmentation <br />plan that covers the entire site. <br />2. Please refer to the attached map for locations of wells in the vicinity of the mining area. We <br />have physically located the wells in Exhibit G -Water Information. There are only three wells <br />within 600 feet of the mining area - a dry well owned by Robert England and two wells owned <br />by the Booth Family. The Booths are the family that own [he property [hat will be mined (see <br />Exhibit N -Legal Right to Enter. A "waiver of objection" from Mr. England is attached. <br />E.rhibit J -Vegetative Information <br />I . Please see attached weed control plan. <br />Peggy Anderson, Principal of Anderson & Company visited the site to determine if there are any <br />M='~'Lv <br />wetlands. Ms. Anderson observed several areas which will require a wetlands delineation. She ~r^A'~ <br />will delineate [he wetlands between July 20 and August 30, when the Ladies' Tresses Orchid is ~ ~~' <br />in bloom. In [he meantime, Ms. Anderson reported [hat [he first phases of mining can <br />commence in what is now cultivated croplands, as long as disturbance is limited to [he edge of <br />cultivation. Please see attached letter from Ms. Anderson for further details. We will forward a <br />copy of the delineation to you once it is completed. <br />
