ENVIRONMENT. INC. PARE 3
APRIL 30. 2004
8. Your understanding is relatively correct. We state that the
building would be temporary and that one of two things would be
done. it would be removed or the owners would be given a option
to keep it for their use when reclamation is complete. The build-
ing will be no larger that 40 feet by 80 feet. An six inch
concrete slab will be used for the floor. Mr. Willits indicated
that it may be 5 to 10 years before the building is built. We
will commit to not installing a building until a Technical Revi-
sion has been filed and approved that includes the building size,
type, and foundation information and a bond evaluation to include
removal of the building and foundation.
9. The current cost estimate remains unchanged since we will
recalculate the bond when the Technical Revision is submitted for
installing the building.
6.4.19 Exhibit S - Permanent Man-made Structures
10. So noted.
11. The property line is currently delineated with a fence
surrounding the area. This fence will be maintained during
mining. The operator will establish and identify the mining
setbacks around the property and the Powerline ROW line prior to
excavating within 50 feet of said lines.
12. So noted.
The Proof mailing receipts for adjoining owners are at-
tached. We have requested a Proof of Publication from the paper
and have not received it. I will be sent it as soon as it is I
have it. A copy of this response, the mailing receipta will be
placed with the Grand County Clerk and Recorder and a proof of
placement will be sent to the Division as soon it returns.
If you have any questions please call me.
Sincerely,
Environment, inc.
~~
Stevan L.
