The Countv has agreed to operate the pit as a dry pit. if
areas show evidence of ground water we will backfill those areas
to cover the ground water. We have already done some back£illinq
in deeper areas of the pit to solve this problem.
2. The Countv has not removed or mined anv new materials since
the order of the Board was issued with the exception of removing
some materials from existing stockpiles es allowed by the
Division. In fact to date most of our efforts have been to haul
materiels rn from other nits to the asphalt plant site located
within the pit.
