Dear Hill:
Enclosed please find a "Mined Land Wildlife Questionnaire"
that I have prepared for the LITTLE SNAKE PIT #~6 on behalf of
the Moffat County Road Department for a gravel pit 20 miles north
of Maybell Colorado. In addition, I have enclosed a packet of
the "Exhibits" that will be submitted to the Division of Minerals
and Geology for a Mined Land Reclamation Permit for this project.
May I make a request that if the DOW finds that this mining
operation will adversely impact fish and wildlife resources, that
you list the objective scientific data and analysis that would
support that conclusion.
